il mio secondo nome

My name was supposed to be Lauren.

Many times growing up I wished it were Lauren...Amy was such a lame boring name. But Lauren...Lauren screamed exotic, mystery, intrigue.

But alas, my name is Amy. Bleh.

My middle name is Terese. Or, as I was told when I was growing up Terese, pronounced ta-race. I'm pretty sure my Mom told me this so that I would feel as though my name wasn't too boring.  I was named after my great grandmother  Terese, who was off the boat Italian..so who knows, maybe that is how your pronounce Terese in Italian.

Along with my "Italian" middle name, I had an Italian last name. Marinelli.
So..before I was married, my name was Amy Terese Marinelli, or ATM.
$$$$$$$$$$

Way cooler than LTM :)

but who knows with all those old dialects?

I was named after my grandfather, Michele, so in Italian I have a man's name.

    1. It's very on trend to be a girl with a guys name. Your parents were very forward thinking. LOL!!

4 years of Italian and I have no idea how it's supposed to be pronounced. That was time obviously well spent ;)
